Standard Pricing for non-qualifying institutions and individuals.
Discount Structure:
Our catalogue of QISV/CMBL items already reflects the item prices and discounts approved for State of Texas.  These discounts are only for qualified institutions and individuals. For non-qualifying institutions or individuals, the items can be purchased at the standard price, with a 4% discount.
We offer a 10% discount on non-QISV items, purchased from one of our e-Commerce store fronts.
We will be happy to quote specific pricing and volume discounts for your special needs.
Shipping and Handling:
Each shipment will have shipping and handling charges associated with it.  These charges vary by the method of shipment chosen (ground, air, overnight, etc.), quantity ordered, and the origin/destination of each item. Shipping will be quoted as part of the order process and is not subject to discounts.

The following educational institutions are eligible for academic pricing:
Schools accredited by associations recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and/or the State Board of Education, including: public or private K-12, vocational school, correspondence school, junior college, college, university, or scientific or technical institutions.
Preschools that provide early childhood programs for at least ten children ages two through five, have been operating for at least one year, or provide educational services.
Administrative offices and Boards of Education.
Full and part-time faculty and staff of educational institutions.
Full and part-time matriculated students of higher education institutions.
Educational consortia and systems
Hospitals that are wholly owned and operated by an educational institution
